Minimum monthly purchase

There is a minimum monthly purchase requirement of Php 10,000 for all dealers. Failure to reach this amount will mean inactivity of the dealer.

Inactive dealers are still dealers, however, they will not be referred to clients or be endorsed to new reselling applicants.

If a dealer wants to be active again, all he/she has to do is reach our MMP for the current month. Then, their status will automatically be updated.

3 months of inactivity will mean revocation of their dealership right.

Dealer classification

Dealer classifications are Brass, Bronze, Silver and Gold. Elaboration on this matter is available on a separate PDF file.


All Colourette dealers are subject to 30% discount from SRP with no minimum orders.

Special pricing for higher quantity is implemented.

Pricing to consumers

All Colourette dealers must sell their goods according to the company’s SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICES.


All Colourette dealers may acquire their own resellers. Pricing will be according to the set standards of the main office.


There will be no area monopoly. All dealers are allowed to sell and acquire resellers from anywhere within the globe.

Web platform selling

Selling in web platforms which involved a third-party payment scheme is prohibited.

Shipping will be done via JRS express, LBC express, and FedEx (international)

All shipping fees are shouldered by the dealer.

The dealer may also pick up their stocks from F&F’s main store located at 257 HCJS bldg. Sto. Rosario st. Angeles city Pampanga.

Shipping insurance

JRS, LBC and FedEx – We pack our products with protection. Cardboards, bubble wrap and other fillers are used. If damage, breakage or leakage is a result of our negligence, we will gladly change the item. But if it is a result of the courier’s negligence, like dropping, throwing and abusing the parcel is done, you will have to inform us so we could file a formal complaint on the receiving branch, and you must coordinate with the delivering branch as well.

In case of loss, though very rare, the courier is not responsible. You have an option whether or not you want to declare the value of your shipment, this entitles you to a more insurance coverage but this will definitely add up to your shipping fee. Let us know.


Since stocks are fast moving, those that are available now might be sold out any minute; therefore, discrepancies may occur. Sometimes, this may be brought about human error.

Discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours since the package has been received. The company and the dealer will make arrangements for this.

Discrepancies due to unavailability will be given a discrepancy form to acknowledged the shipping department’s credit to the dealer. This form is proof that you are still waiting for the arrival of the stated merchandise.

All discrepancies are subject to independent dispatch upon availability. Shipping is to be shouldered by the dealer, immediate payment is not required. It is the company’s obligation to inform the said recipients of the dispatch to give them a chance to combine new orders if any. Failure to place a new order within the given period will mean automatic dispatch of their independent shipment.

Return/Exchange of items

Prior to dispatch, the cosmetics are checked by our toll manufacturer’s QA. Upon arrival to the F&F warehouse, our company QA also does the same for each and every item.

In any case of major discoloration or deterioration of quality (without usage and upon unsealing the cosmetic already manifested such), kindly report to us so we can check.
