Are your products cruelty-free?

Definitely! No animals were harmed in the development of our products. Our merchandise were not tested on animals.

Are your products vegan?

Unfortunately, our Coloursticks are not vegan due to its ingredient that is called beeswax β€” wax secreted by bees.

Are your products hypo-allergenic?

Our products are made with all natural ingredients. They are carefully crafted to suit the most sensitive skin, however, they are not hypo-allergenic.


Shipping, Returns and Exchanges

How are the shipping rates calculated?

Our shipping rates depend on the courier used to ship your order. Please refer to the table below.

JRS 100 1 to 5
LBC 185 1 to 20

Note: Shipping rates are different when purchased from our dealers or resellers.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to Philippines and USA. We can ship to UAE, France, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Thailand, and Kuwait, however, an import license is needed for the items to be shipped.

When will my order be shipped?

Upon confirmation of your payment, your order will be shipped next day. Payment confirmation cut-off is until 5:00PM (Philippine Standard Time) only.

My order is shipped, when will it get to my place?

It usually takes 2-3 days for your items to arrive on your doorstep.

How can I track my order?

Once your payment has been confirmed, we can give you a tracking number for you to monitor your order. For JRS, you can go to their Facebook page to see the status of your package. For LBC, kindly go to their website so you can look at the status of the shipment of your item.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As long as your package is not yet shipped, you can definitely change your order. Just make sure to inform us right away. However, once your item has been shipped, we can no longer change your order.

For cancellations of orders, once you have paid for your order, we can no longer return the payment you made. Should you need to cancel your order, please do so immediately before you make any payment.

What is your Return Policy?

Unless the item is damaged upon receipt, we cannot accept item returns. However, if the products you received are damaged, kindly return the items with their complete packaging including the lid, the bullet, and the box.

Please note that the box is needed so we can trace the batch number of the item shipped to you.
